Russell’s is a new restaurant to the Seattle area. It is a dairy barn-turned-restaurant previously farmed by friends of the bride’s family. The “loft” is a perfect reception spot for our wedding.

Accommodations ^UPDATED

Accommodations for out-of-town wedding guests will be at Inn at the Market (located in the heart of downtown Seattle across from the Pike Place Market and other points of interest, $125 special rate). We have reserved a block of rooms, so please email Jeanesse’s mom (Lynnae) to make your reservation request.

The most economical transportation from the airport to the hotel is through Shuttle Express, a shared van service. Rates are around $15 per person one way. Reservations may be made here. Choose the second option, “ARRIVING,” and choose the hotel as your Drop-off location.

More detailed information will be posted as the wedding date approaches, but there are a few sites guests may want to visit before making flight reservations. FareCast is a website that predicts airfares between larger airports. Enter your information in the lower left section of the homepage (not the top) to find airfare prices for a given day and trip duration.

Alternatively you can search the major travel discount websites all at once with Google. Type “flights XXX to SEA 6/15 to 6/17″ where XXX is your airport code. It will bring up a search results window where you can enter travel dates and links to each travel website’s results. For example, see flight information from Baltimore, Decatur, Indianapolis, or Nashville.
